LATEST INFORMATION: Dubuque Soccer Alliance

On behalf of the Dubuque Soccer Alliance, we’re happy to share the following components of the preliminary agreement we’ve reached with CourtONE regarding the space at the existing Dubuque Soccer Complex.
- The Dubuque Soccer Alliance will continue to schedule the usage of any outdoor space. This includes both the soccer space and the cross country course, in conjunction with the Dubuque Community School District. All users will be subject to scheduling criteria in order to gain access to the spaces provided.
- The Dubuque Soccer Alliance will have full access to a minimum of five outdoor fields as tenants.
- The Dubuque Soccer Alliance will have access to any indoor turf space at no cost to the Alliance (or their soccer user groups) in the event that the outdoor space has reached capacity for existing programming. This includes during peak programming times during the spring, summer, and fall months.
- The Dubuque Soccer Alliance will benefit from a $1.00 per year lease as previously afforded to them as tenants of the Dubuque Community School District.
- All signage, memorial, and donor recognition infrastructure related the 30-year history of the Alliance and our supporters will remain intact.
These terms are some of the most important and relevant to our players and families, and indicate good faith participation by both the Dubuque Soccer Alliance and the CourtONE teams. As more details become available and are appropriately approved to release, we will share those updates in a timely manner.
At this time, please refer any questions you have regarding the current status of the Alliance to the form below, and/or the Dubuque Soccer Alliance board members who best represent the players, family members, or alumni within your family.
